  • Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
    Clean Haul is pleased to offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate our customers' needs. Depending on availability, we provide both same-day and next-day services. Whether you require immediate assistance or prefer to plan ahead, we strive to meet your junk removal needs promptly and efficiently. Please contact us to discuss scheduling options and availability, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
  • What happens to the items after removal?
    Once removed from a client's house by our junk hauling business, the items undergo a careful and responsible disposal process. We prioritize environmentally friendly practices and strive to maximize recycling and donation opportunities whenever possible. Items that are still in good condition and can be reused are sorted and donated to local charities or community organizations. This helps reduce waste and benefits those in need within our community. For items that cannot be donated, we ensure proper recycling whenever feasible. Materials such as metals, electronics, and certain plastics are sorted and sent to recycling facilities to be processed and reused, reducing the strain on natural resources and minimizing environmental impact. Finally, any remaining non-recyclable or non-donatable items are disposed of in accordance with local regulations and guidelines. We work with licensed waste management facilities to ensure that these items are safely and responsibly disposed of, minimizing their impact on the environment. Our goal is to provide our clients with a convenient and stress-free junk removal experience while also prioritizing sustainability and responsible waste management practices.
  • What locations do you deliver to?
    Clean Haul Services offers delivery services to residents and businesses located in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties. Additional mileage fees may be applied for deliveries outside of these areas.
  • What items we do not remove?
    Hazardous materials (e.g., paint, chemicals, pesticides) Asbestos-containing materials Biological or medical waste (e.g., needles, syringes, biological samples) Radioactive materials Explosives or ammunition Propane tanks or other pressurized containers Large quantities of automotive fluids (e.g., motor oil, antifreeze) Tires (in some cases, they may have to be disposed of separately) Animal carcasses or waste Live plants or trees Large amounts of dirt, rocks, or concrete Flammable liquids or gases Any item containing mercury (e.g., thermometers, fluorescent light bulbs) Industrial machinery or equipment (unless specifically agreed upon) Major construction or renovation debris (e.g., asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint) Anything that is structurally affixed to the property (e.g., built-in appliances, fixtures) Liquid waste (e.g., sewage, septic tank contents) Items too large or heavy to be safely handled by the hauling team Any item that poses a health or safety risk to the hauling team or others No paint Items that are illegal to dispose of (e.g., stolen property, controlled substances)

    Our business operates during the following hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday: Closed

  • How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
    Our delivery times adhere to standard mileage estimations, taking into account our commitment to safe driving practices, which strictly prohibit speeding. The duration of deliveries varies depending on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
